When You Need a Dry Ridge System
Loose ridge tiles that wobble or shift in high winds. Cracked mortar falling off the top ridge of your roof. Dampness or condensation building up in your loft space. Water leaks appearing directly beneath the apex of your roof.
How We Do It
We remove all loose ridge tiles and old, crumbling mortar from the roof apex. We install a ventilated ridge roll and batten support system along the top of the roof. We mechanically clamp each ridge tile using specialized unions and stainless steel fixings. We seal the ends with appropriate union caps and clean up the work area.
What to Expect
Most dry ridge conversions are completed within one day.
